PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Production Associate for a company based in Fredericksburg, VA . In this role, you will have the opportunity to build valuable hands-on manufacturing skills while contributing to a team-oriented environment with a well-established door production company known for quality craftsmanship and steady growth. Pay Rate $ 17 .00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. Production Associate's Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of door components according to specifications. Operate basic hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met and report any defects. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient production. Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines. Production Associate's Qualifications and Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed. Dependability and willingness to work as part of a team.
