Brush & Drill Operator Shift/Hours/Days:

3rd shift Monday-Friday 11pm-7am Train on 2nd shift Client Profile The client is best known for manufacturing high-quality aluminum electrolytic capacitors used in a wide variety of electronic and industrial applications. The company is one of the few U.S.-based manufacturers specializing in these components and has built a reputation for producing reliable, American-made capacitors for more than 30 years Key Responsibilities Duties consist of loading and unloading metalizing trays Metalizing the units Clean the metallizer and room daily Setting up and operating the Brush and Drill Machine Read and follow specifications Other duties as assigned by supervision What You'll Bring Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
