Job Description

We're expanding and adding a new 3rd shift! We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our Production team and help us safely and efficiently produce high-quality food products. As a Production Associate, you will play an important role in the manufacturing, packaging, and quality assurance of our products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and being part of a team. Available Shifts Applicants must be available to work one of the following shifts: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM 1:00 AM - 9:00
AM Pay:
$18.94 per hour, paid weekly This position may require employees to work 12+ hour shifts , including weekends and holidays , based on production needs. Production Associate Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and production of food products while following established standard operating procedures. Operate food production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. Follow all food safety, quality, health, and safety standards and regulations. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Efficiently complete assigned duties to help meet daily production schedules and goals. Handle raw materials and finished products according to company standards and procedures. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for distribution. Report equipment or machinery concerns to the Shift Supervisor or Maintenance Department. Participate in required training and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Willingness and ability to work assigned shifts, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
