What You'll Do Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure efficient, continuous flow Move raw materials and remove or shift materials and finished product to support proper line flow Maintain product and package quality by completing required inspection checks and addressing defects Complete production, package, and flavor changeovers; perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to keep equipment running Perform preventative maintenance, clean equipment and work areas before/during/after shift, and keep daily records of downtime and machine operations Minimum Qualifications 18 years or older Position requires lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over a long work period (with or without accommodation) Position requires walking or standing most of the time during the shift and may include stooping, crawling and crouching over and under conveyors (with or without accommodation) Preferred Qualifications Experience with high-speed production lines Experience operating packing and filler equipment Experience operating palletizer equipment, forklift a plus Ability to read blueprints/schematics Ability to read and follow production schedules Comfort using production computers (settings, speeds, alarms) Sanitization and GMP knowledge What to
