Manufacturing Associate-Bakery

As a full-time Baker in our team, you'll help create a variety of delicious products—crackers, cookies, cakes, pancake mixes, and more—in our vibrant bakery. Whether you're full of energy and eager to break into the food processing industry or bring a few years of commercial baking experience with you, we'd love to meet you. The Baker will follow a set weekly production schedule and help maintain the high quality our customers expect. Previous experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person with a great attitude and a passion for baking! We are recruiting for bot full time and part time roles! Where We Are This role will be performed in person in our Distribution Center located at 401 Innovation Drive, North Clarendon, Vermont. Who We're Looking For A responsible and dependable individual who takes pride in their work. An individual who is detail oriented and organized. An ability to work with a sense of urgency. A desire to work as part of a team. Areas Where You May Assist Firing of the oven and getting the machinery ready for the day's production. Preparing dough using established formulation and procedure. Adhering to food safety and handling regulations Daily cleaning of work area according to sanitation standards. Assisting with maintenance and upkeep of all production machinery and related items.
