Your work directly impacts assembly and production teams, quality inspection outcomes, and daily site readiness. This is an onsite role on 1st shift (3:00 AM - 11:30 AM, Monday-Friday). Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform snow removal in parking lots and support additional facilities or production work as needed Provide general support for assembly, fit, weld, forming, or machine operator functions Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and detect/report faulty operations Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and equipment following established purchasing policies while optimizing price, delivery, and terms Follow written instructions and sketches; check dimensions using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection devices Perform sanding, trimming, deburring, polishing, drilling, punching, and related tasks using hand and power equipment as trained Clean metal parts using processes such as hand-wiping, solvent washing, and chemical cleaning as required Perform all work in accordance with established standards and safety procedures and demonstrate proper use of PPE Work under direct oversight and, where applicable, train others based on job experience Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Must be a US citizen (must state citizenship status in notes/comments) Valid Driver's License High School Diploma or equivalent General working knowledge of abrasive mediums and grits and demonstrated skill removing burrs without excessive gouging Ability to read and understand precautions, safety criteria, mix ratios, and manufacturing sketches Ability to use mathematics relevant to shop support functions Ability to learn machine tools and precision instruments; good manual dexterity Ability to follow written instructions and stop/ask for clarification when needed Here's What Else Might Help You Out Certificates for chemical/cleaning processes if required Prior experience training others or in manufacturing planning operations Pay Range $20.00 - $25.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
