•2:30AM depending on production needs We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you're hands-on, solution-driven, and thrive in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and systems Lead mechanical repairs, upgrades, and process improvements Mentor teammates and support machine operators Diagnose and resolve issues on conveyors, lifts, and other moving equipment Core Skills & Qualifications Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems (including PLCs) High integrity, sound judgment, and strong safety focus Self-motivated, dependable, and effective working solo or in teams Strong communicator and planner with a "fix-it" mindset What We Offer Starting wage: $26.00/hr DOE Medical, Dental, Vision + HSA w/ employer contributions Retirement plan Paid time off & holidays About Us Victory Millwork is part of the Lynden Door family of companies.
