You will learn the art and science of custom carbon wheel building from the ground up, turning precision components into race-ready gear. The Role As a Wheelbuilder and Production Team Member , you'll play a hands-on role in building custom carbon fibre wheels in our Bellingham operations. You'll be part of a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and passion for cycling are key. What You'll Do & What You'll Learn Master Precision Craftsmanship:

Learn to assemble and build custom bicycle wheels to exacting industry standards with full training and specialized equipment provided.

Quality & Finishing:

Perform final quality control checks, apply custom decals, install tubeless tape and valves, and prepare builds for shipment.

Shop & Operations Support:

Help receive inventory, pick customer orders, and maintain a clean, organized shop environment.

Shipping & Logistics:

Support daily shipping and receiving workflows to get products to riders worldwide.

Team Operations:

Work directly alongside a close-knit team in a fast-paced, collaborative production setting.

Mechanically Skilled:

You are comfortable working with hand tools and precision bike components.
