This position combines computer-based file preparation with hands-on production and finishing work. We produce personalized memorial products, so accuracy, attention to detail, and consistent quality are extremely important. What You'll Do Prepare customer-supplied images and files for engraving and production Format, clean up, resize, and adjust files to meet production requirements Create customer proofs based on supplied personalization Work with Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other production software Buff, polish, and finish completed products Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Occasionally operate fiber laser and diamond-tip rotary engraving equipment Assist with light manufacturing of metal components Support other production needs as they arise Please note: This is not a traditional graphic design or creative position. The computer-based portion of the role is primarily focused on preparing existing customer files and personalization for production. Who We're Looking For Experience with Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW is strongly preferred. Experience with production file preparation, engraving equipment, manufacturing, finishing, or similar hands-on work is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person on our equipment and processes.
