Our primary need is someone with hands-on pastry and cake experience who can assist our pastry chef with daily production. Experience with cake decorating, creams, fillings, cookies, desserts, and other pastries is a major plus.

Requirements:

Previous hands-on pastry, cake, or bakery production experience Experience preparing cakes, pastries, creams, fillings, cookies, or desserts is strongly preferred Cake decorating experience is a major plus Must be able to accurately follow recipes, measurements, and production instructions Weekend availability is required Must be dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working in a production bakery Must be able to communicate in basic English with English-speaking team members Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to perform daily cleaning and sanitation duties , including keeping workstations, equipment, utensils, and bakery production areas clean and organized Must be able to work early-morning shifts Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to learn our recipes, techniques, and production standards This is a permanent position with the opportunity to learn, grow, and work closely with our pastry chef.
