Help identify product quality issues, reduce waste, and assist in implementing solutions to keep production running smoothly. Keep basic testing logs, assist with team safety standards, and follow standard operating procedures. Work closely with production line workers and Quality Assurance team Requirements and Qualifications Ability to read, speak, and write clearly in English to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel), strong attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. Reliable, organized, and able to follow safety procedures and meet production deadlines. Comfortable standing at the production line for extended periods during your shift. Ability to walk, climb stairs, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs).
