Long-Term Opportunity Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, cut, and kit materials for production Lay up and press aircraft interior and exterior panels Load and unload materials from press machines Operate presses, saws, and CNC equipment Use hand and power tools for assembly and finishing tasks Perform quality inspections and basic measurements Complete production paperwork and work orders Support material handling and general production duties Operate a forklift when trained and authorized Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

Manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience Experience operating machines in a production environment Ability to use hand and power tools safely Basic inspection and measuring skills Forklift experience is a plus CNC, saw, or press machine experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to cross-train and work in different departments Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
