Operate production equipment after training and certification. Maintain quality standards and ensure product accuracy. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Cross-train in multiple work areas. Support production goals through teamwork and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Manufacturing or production experience preferred. Experience in an FDA-regulated environment is a plus. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
