Your expertise in machine setup and quality oversight ensures that our production lines run efficiently while meeting rigorous safety and industry standards. Responsibilities Configure and manage industrial machinery to transform raw paper materials into finished goods according to technical specifications. Drive production efficiency by monitoring equipment performance and interpreting complex order requirements. Ensure product excellence by conducting systematic quality inspections throughout the manufacturing cycle. Maintain a high standard of operational safety and cleanliness, strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Document daily output and production metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with team members to uphold food safety protocols and maintain a sanitary production environment. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial setting. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed technical instructions and order sheets. Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and organized workspace. Preferred Skills Prior experience operating high-speed converting or packaging machinery. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulatory compliance. Proven track record of reliability and ability to adapt to varying production schedules.
