Full-Time, 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM, Long-Term

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to meet quality and production standardsPerform machine changeovers and make adjustments (e.g., weight, width, temperature, speed) to meet product specifications and maintain optimal performanceMonitor machine performance and maintain optimal run rates Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues; escalate as neededPrepare, stage, and transport raw materials and packaging supplies for production runsMonitor product quality, perform inspections, and conduct basic product testingRecord production, quality, and downtime data in company systems

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of manufacturing or production experience required2+ years experience operating industrial equipmentBasic computer skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and train on 1st or 2nd shift before transitioning to 3rd shift

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Position works in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, fibers, and varying temperaturesAbility to stand and walk for extended periods, with frequent bending, reaching, and stair climbingAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated work areas
