5:00am to 5:00pm Fri/Sat/Sun & every other

Thursday Weekday Shift:

5:00am to 5:00pm Mon-Wed & every other Thursday

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform production operations which may include saw operation, CNC bending, brazing, and related tasks Prepare and assemble materials for assigned parts in accordance with production schedules and work instructions Accurately complete inspection records and required production documentation Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment while following all safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Adhere to all quality standards, inspection requirements, and work instructions Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals, customer requirements, and delivery deadlines Identify product or process nonconformances and follow established ISO procedures to resolve and document issues Participate in ongoing training and demonstrate compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed to support workflow and coverage Perform additional duties as assigned to meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience or ability to operate production equipment such as saws, crimpers, CNC machinery, and forklifts Willingness to learn new processes and follow established procedures Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, drawings, and documentation Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs. using proper lifting techniques Basic math skills and the ability to accurately use tape measures and digital calipers Basic computer proficiency Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
