Production Team Lead Location:
Grafton, WI Shifts:
2nd Shift (3PM-11PM, Mon-Fri) or 3rd Shift (11PM-7AM, Mon-Fri) Summary The Production Leader is responsible for leading a team of manufacturing employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. This role focuses on team leadership, workflow management, and continuous improvement, while maintaining a strong culture of safety and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Safety Leadership — Promote and maintain a safe work environment. Quality & Efficiency — Ensure production meets company standards and customer expectations. Team Management — Manage staffing, workflow, and daily reporting. Coaching & Training — Develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback. Collaboration — Work closely with other departments to support smooth operations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in supervision or operations preferred. 2-4 years of experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Outlook. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
