Job Description

Performance Health is looking for a Production Worker II to join the manufacturing team in Cedarburg, WI. This position is responsible for operating plastic injection molding equipment to produce world class medical products. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesRead and comprehend shop ordersAssembling materials/parts together to complete shop ordersCoating of sheet materials by moving parts from cart to coating lineCounting and tracking partsPushing/pulling cartsMaterial handling such as operating pallet jack and/or forkliftOperate machinery such as but not limited to molders, perforators, water jets, sewing machines, extruders, formers and punch presses Ability to identify and/or troubleshoot minor issues that may arise with machinery and/or productPackaging and preparing sheet material to a finished goodFollow all BOPs and SOPsVisually inspect productsFollow all quality and safety standardsPerforms other duties as assigned. Job QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred, not required2-4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environmentBasic math skillsAbility to read/write EnglishGeneral computer skills/knowledgeAbility to use hand toolsAbility to lift/move up to 25 poundsAbility to stand/stoop/bendWorking knowledge of GMP and FDA guidelines preferredBenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly pay rate and the opportunity to earn bonus, plus benefits.
