We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who enjoys staying active and wants to be part of a fast-paced production team. If you're someone who pays attention to detail, enjoys working with your hands, and takes pride in producing quality work, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Load screen printing jobs onto production carts for press operators. Organize and stage jobs to keep production running efficiently. Remove printed garments from the dryer and prepare them for the next production stage. Perform quality checks as garments come off the dryer, ensuring print quality, placement, color consistency, and overall appearance. Identify and communicate any production issues before garments move to the next department. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment. Assist other production departments as needed to help the team succeed. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
