• and long-term disability, life insurance, and much more) Cross-training opportunities with advancement opportunities Clean, safe, and fun work environment Responsibilities of Press Operator Operate HP or UV digital print technologies Provide color management support on every project Work collaboratively with your production team members to deliver top-quality labels and packaging for our customers Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management Have the opportunity to learn our business through fulfilling the needs of our customers Demonstrate these core elements: Ability to think through mechanical aspects of equipment and decision making Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines Have excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalities Demonstrate high levels of customer service, responding promptly to the inquiries and needs of individuals, both internal and external to the organization Communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and written to all levels of people inside and outside the organization Qualifications of Press Operator High school diploma or equivalent is required 2+ years of printing press operator experience
