Pay:
$24-28/hr depending on experience
Shift:
2nd Shift Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am Key Responsibilities for Digital Press Operator include: Operate HP or UV digital print technologies Provide color management support on every project Work collaboratively with your production team members to deliver top-quality labels and packaging for our customers Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management Have the opportunity to learn our business through fulfilling the needs of our customers The ideal candidate must demonstrate: Ability to make fact-based decisions and troubleshoot print and press problems to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies (hardware and software) Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projects Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalities Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries of internal customers Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members
Skills & Experience Required:
High school education
Preferred:
Certified Operator Preferred:
Experience using computer and touchscreen technology to manage and complete tasks
A Plus:
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
