PM Pay:
$24-28/hr. Contract-to-Direct STL Staffing is hiring a Fabrication Router / Production Planning Coordinator for a manufacturing company in the Green Bay area. This position works closely with purchasing, estimating, scheduling, and production to route upcoming jobs, verify job information, and ensure work is prepared correctly for the shop floor. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is comfortable reading blueprints, working with job travelers, reviewing material requirements, and helping determine the proper workflow for fabricated parts. Responsibilities Review part numbers, revisions, quantities, and purchase orders for accuracy Create job travelers and saw cut lists with the correct prints and documentation Prepare RFQ information and attach appropriate quotes, drawings, and supporting documents Verify outsourced operations and services required for each job Review vendor quotes for accuracy, pricing, and current availability Review material quotes, specifications, and lead times Determine appropriate workflow routing and material requirements based on blueprints Assist with job entry, quote entry, and data updates Cross-train with scheduling and learn Global Scheduling functions within JobBOSS Work closely with purchasing, estimating, scheduling, and production teams Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Basic math skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills JobBOSS experience is a plus Prior experience in fabrication, machining, manufacturing planning, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, or production coordination is highly desirable Schedule & Compensation 1st Shift 7:00 AM-3:30 PM $24-28/hr., depending on experience If you're experienced in manufacturing and understand how jobs move from a customer print or purchase order through the shop floor, we'd like to hear from you.
