M-TH Pay:

$55-65k/yr

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities Oversee inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production Implement and monitor quality control procedures Ensure compliance with safety regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Ensure timely delivery of finished products Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as necessary to meet production targets Train and supervise production staff

Qualifications:

Previous experience in flexible packaging Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles Proficiency in inventory management software Excellent Problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
