Production Associate — Up to $21/hr + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Hartford, WI | Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts Now hiring ~20 Production Associates for our state-of-the-art, highly automated casting facility in Hartford, WI due to company expansion. No manufacturing experience required — we train you. Dip/De-Wax:

Operate robots dipping wax patterns in ceramic slurry; run the autoclave that removes wax from the ceramic mold.

Melt/Rough Clean:

Furnace operation, pouring molten metal, ladle prep, water-blasting ceramic off castings, and separating finished parts. Requirements High school diploma/HSED/GED preferred. Able to read/write English, work 12-hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand/walk/use hands throughout the shift. Good computer skills a plus. Steel-toe boots required (hard cap, eye and hearing protection provided). Manufacturing experience is a plus, not required.
