The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following: Working third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am possibly up to 9 hours Learning the production processes Overseeing, leading, motivating, training, and correcting three production employees Being a hands-on, working supervisor Performing setup work including hanging tools, mixing material, and loading resin Cleaning hoppers and grinders Sampling The background of the successful candidate will include the following: 2+ years of plastic injection mold setup experience 2+ years of plastic injection mold troubleshooting experience Possess the ability to work third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am (possibly longer) Monday through Friday and possibly Saturday A solid work history where jobs are not changed every couple of years A US citizen or possess a green card A residence within 45 minutes
