www.waupacafoundry.com Role snapshot Entry point into production or service departments with hands-on training Heavy industrial, fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and manual material handling Operate machines and hand tools; perform visual inspections of castings Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds Night shifts, weekends, and mandatory overtime are part of meeting production goals Core responsibilities Complete safety training; follow all department safety procedures Use process control documents and DWIs Engage in 6-S housekeeping and organization Finish
ISO 14001
