What You'll Do As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will: Operate injection molding machines and production equipment Perform visual inspections and quality checks on molded components Use equipment such as pad printers, sonic welders, heat stakers, and drill presses Complete trimming, degating, and secondary manufacturing operations Assemble products according to detailed work instructions Package and label products to customer specifications Monitor machine performance and report molding issues to technicians Maintain accurate production records and activity logs Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant cleanroom environment What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment Preferred Experience Assembly or production manufacturing Cleanroom experience Product inspection and quality control Packaging and labeling Microscope use ERP software knowledge ISO standards and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00
75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
