This position is based in our facility in Mukwonago, WI, where you'll play a key role in supporting our screen printing operations. What You'll Do Clean and maintain screens, squeegees, and flood bars used in production Operate pressure washers to reclaim and prepare screens Coat screens for printing preparation Support printers by ensuring equipment is clean and ready for use Follow safety procedures while working with cleaning solutions and equipment Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a warehouse production environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment Strong work ethic and team-player attitude Schedule Full-Time Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM 10-hour shifts Overtime opportunities available Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
