Bench Worker / Inspector - $21.90/hour The Bench Worker/Inspector will perform hands-on finishing and inspection of manufactured components to ensure parts meet required quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:

Inspect finished and in-process parts for defects and quality Perform visual inspections and basic measurements Use hand tools and inspection equipment as required Deburr, clean, finish, or prepare parts as needed Identify and report non-conforming parts Read and follow work instructions and production specifications Maintain accurate production and inspection records Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Work closely with production and quality team members

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, inspection, machining, or metalworking experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work with hand tools and measuring equipment Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

Pay:

$21.90/hour Blanchard Grinding Operator - $20.19/hour The Blanchard Grinding Operator will assist with the setup, operation, and monitoring of grinding equipment used to produce precision metal components.

Responsibilities:

Operate Blanchard grinding equipment safely and efficiently Load and position parts for grinding operations Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary Inspect finished parts for proper dimensions and quality Use gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools Read work orders, blueprints, and manufacturing specifications Perform routine equipment and work-area checks Identify quality or equipment concerns and report them promptly Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

Previous machining, grinding, CNC, or metal manufacturing experience strongly preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Experience with precision measuring tools is a plus Ability to read basic blueprints and specifications preferred Strong attention to quality and detail Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team
