Production Team Member - Rotational Department Role Kitchen / Packaging / Mayana Chocolate - Spooner, WI Full-Time | In Person Job Summary Mayana Chocolate is seeking reliable, fast-paced, enthusiastic team members to join our growing Production Department. This is a rotational production position , meaning team members rotate between different departments based on production needs. Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging & Production Support Package chocolate products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Operate or assist with packaging equipment, weighing scales, sealers, and labeling machines Ensure packaging materials are stocked and organized Perform quality checks to ensure proper labeling, seal integrity, and presentation Complete production and packaging logs accurately Kitchen Production Make and coat food items following recipes and production guidelines Assist in food preparation and kitchen production tasks Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures Work efficiently with a strong sense of urgency to meet production demands Quality & Safety Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and sanitation procedures Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment throughout the shift Report quality concerns, contamination risks, or equipment issues immediately Support allergen control and product traceability procedures Wear required protective clothing, gloves, and hairnets in production areas What We Offer Health insurance Opportunities for advancement and career growth within Mayana Chocolate Employee discounts on all Mayana products Paid time off Flexible scheduling Food provided Positive and supportive team environment Consistent full-time hours Schedule Full-Time Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts Day shift
