Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-3:45pm; Fridays 6:30am-11:30am (Friday afternoons off!) Pay rate: $17.00/hour

Overview:

Join a company that values teamwork, quality, and a great work-life balance! We're looking for a dependable Production Associate to assist in the preparation and finishing of sewn products. This is a hands-on position in a clean, friendly manufacturing environment with consistent hours and Fridays off in the afternoon.

Responsibilities:

Move materials between workstations to support production flow Install grommets, rivets, staples, and similar hardware Fit plastic or wood inserts into fabric exteriors Clean, steam, and remove wrinkles from cases; inspect for quality Track time, materials, and supplies used for inventory purposes Assist with packing and preparing orders for shipment Identify and correct, or report, quality issues as they arise

Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Able to lift up to 35 lbs. Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Dependable and team-oriented work ethic
