JOB•6011 Production Operator 2nd Shift $22•27/hr. Job Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently according to manufacturing schedules, job travelers, routings, and work instructions. Machine, handle, deburr, clean, and package products according to job requirements and quality procedures. Maintain accurate product counts and ensure all parts meet production requirements. Complete required production documentation, forms, labels, and computer records accurately. Perform in-process quality inspections using gauges, measuring tools, and visual inspection techniques. Read and understand basic blueprints, job travelers, and manufacturing instructions. Accurately record labor hours, rework, and scrap in the company's computer system. Perform basic operator maintenance and identify machine issues that require additional maintenance or repair. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures. Perform repetitive production tasks while adapting to changing job assignments and priorities. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications & Skills Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Ability to safely operate a variety of production machines. Basic blueprint and measurement/gauge-reading skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. High School Diploma OR GED Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. continuously. Ability to stand and perform production work for an 8-hour shift. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to follow all company safety procedures and requirements. #LP
