Production Operator CompleteStaff - 3.1 Sussex, WI Job Details $17 - $19 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Machine shop presses Press operation Record keeping Defect detection (quality control) Laser cutting Labeling Machining fixtures Assembly fixtures Holding fixtures proficiency Physical inventory counts for inventory management Visual inspection as testing technique Forming process implementation Data collection Hydraulics Entry level Load & unload Full Job Description 1st and 2nd Shift Production Operators The press/laser machine operator is responsible for operating both mechanical and hydraulic stamping press equipment (ranging from 95 Ton to 1000 Ton) as well as operating 5-axis laser cutting equipment (both oxygen and fiber optic) to produce high-quality parts and meet demand. Load and unload metal material into press or laser bed Position, align, and secure material against fixtures or stops Evaluate part quality using check aids and/or visual inspection Ensure proper tagging of finished parts for correct routing and counts Keep accurate part and scrap counts, record on data collection system at end of job or shift cs-mus Resumes can be sent to
