This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on work, staying active throughout the day, and learning different areas of a manufacturing operation. In this position, you will work as a production floater, helping wherever support is needed across shipping, inventory, assembly, and other production areas.

Shift:

2nd Monday-Thursday 3PM-1:30AM What You'll Do Assist with daily production and material-handling activities Prepare finished products for shipment, including weighing, packing, and labeling Move materials and products throughout the facility Assist with receiving and putting incoming parts into inventory Pull parts and materials needed for production and assembly Help with motor and gearbox assembly as needed Assist with paint/prep and other production-related tasks Enter and update information in the company's computer system Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Provide support to different departments as production needs change What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred Manufacturing or warehouse experience Forklift experience is a plus Ability to read and write basic instructions Basic math skills Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic #IND1
