Production Utility Specialist - 2nd Shift Nord Gear Corporation - 3.4 Waunakee, WI Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Assist with duties related to production, production expansion and interdepartmental production flow. Assist with general shipping duties including the removal of tape, preparation of units & weighing/packing a variety of product.

Prepare SAP Shipments & assist in the paint/prep area. Assist in the unloading of incoming parts and product placement within Inventory. Assist in the pulling of parts from inventory in preparation of Gearbox and/or Motor Assembly. Other various shop-floater duties that revolve around production expansion or production fulfillment.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
1-2 years preferred, but not required. Forklift experience preferred, but not required.
Skills and Key Attributes:
ability to read and write. Basic math skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10 hours/day. The primary role of the Production Utility Specialist is to act as a production floater between departments (based on business need). Primary job responsibilities will fall within the Shipping function, but employees may also perform Inventory, Motor/Gearbox Assembly Support and general labor functions associated with facility expansions.
