Badger State Staffing is hiring motivated team members for entry-level General Labor positions where paid, hands-on training is fully provided from day one! You'll even earn double-time wages every other week, along with merit increases upon successfully completing your training. Responsibilities Operate and monitor spool winding machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to production specifications Load and unload flexible packaging materials onto spools, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency Perform quality checks on wound spools, identifying and dressing any imperfections Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow Complete production logs and documentation as needed

Schedule:

This position operates on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, with shifts running from 5 AM to 5 PM (days) and 5 PM to 5 AM (nights).

Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting machinery Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials as required, and perform repetitive tasks Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment Reliability and punctuality to support the rotating 2-2-3 schedule
