Production Operator (Direct Hire)

Pay:

Position Responsibilities Inspect finished products using measuring instruments and established quality standards. Wrap, reel, and package products accurately and efficiently. Operate hand and power tools to assist with production processes, including cutting conduit and other materials. Verify product identification, labeling, and packaging prior to final inspection and shipment. Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process and report any defects or discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures while meeting daily production goals. Schedule 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (2-2-3 Schedule)

Day Shift:

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ($20.25/hour)

Night Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (21.25/hour) 2-2-3

Schedule Benefits:
