Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:00

AM Schedule:

12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, including every other weekend Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment such as cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machinery. Monitor product quality and ensure materials meet company specifications. Perform routine equipment inspections and assist with basic troubleshooting. Maintain accurate production, quality, and operational records. Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and workplace standards. Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus. Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Why Join Us?
