A Quality Control Analyst, in the biotech and medical device industries, works in laboratories performing biological, microbiological, and chemical tests on products and materials. Responsible for calibrating equipment, inspecting products, processing and testing materials, and reporting results. May work in other production environments to monitor and improve quality and efficiency in production systems and products.

Role Overview BEPC is actively seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our customer's medical device manufacturing team in Scottsdale, Arizona . This position supports the inspection of microelectronic components used in life-saving medical devices within a highly regulated, FDA-compliant cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate has previous experience using microscopes for inspection, thrives in repetitive, detail-focused work, and is comfortable working in a cleanroom setting. Training on customer-specific inspection procedures and quality systems will be provided. Candidates must be available to work the full Thursday-Sunday schedule and commit to the entire shift. Key Responsibilities Quality Inspection Perform visual and microscope-based inspections of microelectronic components. Identify defects and verify products meet quality standards and specifications. Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records. Follow established quality procedures and work instructions. Manufacturing Support Inspect components used in advanced medical device manufacturing. Support production by ensuring products meet regulatory and customer quality requirements. Perform repetitive inspection tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Utilize basic computer systems to document inspection activities. Compliance & Safety Work within a cleanroom manufacturing environment while following all gowning and contamination control procedures. Adhere to FDA-regulated manufacturing and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality. QualificationsRequired Previous microscope inspection experience. Experience performing hands-on visual inspection in a manufacturing environment. High attention to detail with the ability to identify small defects. Comfortable performing repetitive inspection work for extended periods. Ability to sit for long periods throughout the workday. Basic computer skills. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment. Availability to work the required schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Flexibility to work overtime on Fridays as needed. Preferred Experience inspecting microelectronic or electronic components. Medical device manufacturing experience. Experience working in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
