QC Associate II Astrix Technology Group - 3.4 Fremont, CA Job Details Contract $30 - $35 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description QC Associate II We are partnering with a multi-product biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility to place a QC Associate II within their Physical-Chemical Testing group. This role is well-suited to a detail-oriented analytical professional who can execute both routine and non-routine testing across bulk drug substance, finished product, and raw material matrices. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, hands-on analytical instrumentation skills, and a strong compliance mindset.

Compensation :
$30-$35/hr What You'll Do Independently perform a range of laboratory testing methods following appropriate qualification, including UV-Vis spectroscopy, qPCR, FTIR, and compendial test methods. Coordinate and execute routine and non-routine analytical testing in support of a multi-product facility. Maintain lab consumables and materials inventory, properly dispose of expired reagents, and flag equipment or process irregularities. Generate accurate, timely analytical results with a "right first time" approach. Document all testing activities in full compliance with cGMP and cGDP standards. Follow site-specific SOPs, quality systems, and applicable regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field required. 3-5 years of relevant industry experience. GMP experience strongly preferred. Hands-on proficiency with UV-Vis absorbance, qPCR, and FTIR preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet team and site goals.
