Quality Control Inspector BizLink Technology - 2.7 Fremont, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $30 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications IPC 610 Soldering Manufacturing facility experience Organizational skills IPC-610 Certification Full Job Description Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished assemblies against drawings and workmanship standards. We are looking for careful, consistent Quality Control Inspectors to support our Fremont manufacturing team. You will inspect materials and assemblies, document results, identify nonconformances, and partner with production to prevent defects from moving forward. What you'll do: Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using drawings, specifications, work instructions, and inspection plans. Inspect cable and wire harness workmanship, including crimping, soldering, routing, labeling, connector assembly, and dimensional requirements. Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, microscopes, and electrical test results as applicable to the product. Accept or reject material based on defined criteria and create clear nonconformance records. Verify traceability, labels, lot information, inspection records, and required production documentation. Communicate defects promptly and support corrective action, first-article, and audit activities. What we're looking for: One year of quality inspection or manufacturing quality-control experience preferred. Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, tolerances, and workmanship criteria. Experience with inspection tools and accurate data entry or recordkeeping. Strong visual attention, sound judgment, organization, and communication skills. IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or first-article inspection experience is preferred.

Candidates with electronics, cable assembly, medical-device, automotive, aerospace, or other regulated manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
