Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and vision inspection systems Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, capable of doing U1A's, and technical specifications to verify dimensional accuracy and conformance to quality standards in production Perform dimensional measurements and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) analysis to ensure parts meet precise specifications Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for complex measurements and validate measurement data for accuracy and consistency Execute quality audits in accordance with

ISO 9001

Maintain detailed inspection records, non-conformance reports, and data collection logs for traceability and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions aligned with quality management systems Experience Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably with exposure to regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485), GMP, HACCP, FDA regulations, and regulatory/legal compliance standards in production processes Hands-on experience operating measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems Familiarity with calibration procedures for precision measurement tools and understanding of GD&T principles for mechanical blueprint interpretation Ability to perform detailed data analysis, identify deviations from quality standards, and implement corrective actions effectively Mechanical knowledge coupled with the ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documentation accurately Basic math skills essential for precise measurements and calculations required during inspections Join us in ensuring that every product meets our rigorous quality standards!
