Must have a proven record leading and developing people Leadership skills, assertiveness, initiative, planning/organizing and follow-up monitoring Develops departmental bench strength through personnel development Provide guidance and develop accountability system to ensure that all SOP's and process controls are followed Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Communication Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties. Keeps customers, superiors, peers and direct reports updated based on their information needs Is an articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience. Experience of ISO Requirements is a must. Analyze current processes to identify and prioritize opportunities that would result in improved service to customers and/or improve productivity/efficiency Develop (and/or sustain), communicate and monitor quality tracking systems Identify, specify, document and implement manufacturing best practices methods, procedures, tooling and equipment required to support operations. Experience with PPAP process up to level 4. Extensive knowledge of GD&T is a must.
