Quality Supervisor-Mulberry Department:
Plant Position:
Plant QA Supervisor Job Duties:
  • Assure compliance with all Food Safety Programs.
  • Assure Quality Assurance Technicians are properly trained on all Food Safety Programs and Procedures.
  • Assure all Food Safety Monitoring Programs are properly executed and documented.
  • Assure Quality Assurance Technicians are properly trained on all Quality Assurance Programs and Procedures.
  • Assure all Quality Assurance Programs are properly executed and documented.
  • Maintenance of all Food Safety Program Records.
  • Maintenance of all Quality Assurance Records.
  • Maintenance of the Label Approval File.
  • Actively participate in Process Improvement Teams.
  • Identify opportunities for Process Improvement.
  • Provide support to production personnel.
  • Provide continuous training in: GMP's, SSOP's, HACCP
  • Actively pursue problem prevention and resolution.
  • Be a leader of quality and food safety.
  • Assist in interaction with customers.
  • Provide positive working relationship with USDA. Focus being placed on reduction and prevention of NR's.
  • Assist in preparedness for customer or supplier tours and audits.
  • Assist in maintenance of product specification file.
  • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures that are proven beneficial to Twin Rivers, as the opportunities arise.
  • Effectively manage staffing for the assigned shift.
  • Perform other task as required or assigned
