Our client, an automotive parts manufacturing company, is looking for a Customer Liaison to join their team in Hayward, CA . In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between two comanies , overseeing quality concerns, managing corrective actions, and preventing production line downs.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with the client representatives regarding quality problems and oversee corrective actions to be implemented Initiate or assist with containment, sorting, and rework processes as needed Oversee the correct use and handling of parts at the OEM customer site Conduct random product audits to identify potential nonconformities Monitor stock and buffer levels and escalate immediately if supply risks arise Report all customer concerns to the Quality Engineer or Coordinator in a timely manner Prepare and submit daily reports on quality status, audits, and customer concerns

Requirements:

Previous automotive manufacturing and/or automotive quality experience required 1-2+ years of experience as a Quality Technician, Quality Liaison, Customer Liaison, or similar role preferred Strong understanding of quality inspection, nonconforming material, containment, sorting, rework, and escalation processes Confidence communicating directly with Tesla customer representatives, Quality, and Engineering teams Ability to professionally escalate quality, material, stock, and production risks Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally at the customer site Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment
