principles. Develop and execute incoming, in-process, and final inspection and test plans for battery cells, modules, packs, and BESS systems. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (8D, CAPA) for internal nonconformances, supplier defects, and customer quality issues. Own supplier quality, including incoming inspection criteria, first-article/PPAP approval, supplier scorecards, and supplier corrective action requests. Maintain lot traceability and safety/regulatory testing and certification records (UL 1973, UL 9540A, UN 38.3, and related standards), and coordinate and host customer, registrar, and regulatory quality audits. Track and report production and quality KPIs to leadership, and drive continuous improvement using lean/Six Sigma methods. Recruit, train, develop, and mentor production and quality staff.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or equivalent professional-level experience. 5+ years of combined experience in manufacturing and quality management of technical/electromechanical products, ideally battery, energy storage, or electric/hybrid vehicle components. Working knowledge of BESS and lithium-ion/sodium-ion battery manufacturing processes and associated safety standards (UL 1973, UL 9540A, UN 38.3, NFPA 855). Familiarity with automotive quality systems and tools, including IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA/gauge R&R, and 8D/CAPA problem-solving. Experience operating within an

quality management system; ASQ certification (CQE, CQM, or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is a plus. Excellent leadership, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism. Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental/safety regulations, and of general facility maintenance methods and safety precautions. Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with strong root-cause analysis and analytical problem-solving skills. Why Join Us? At CSI, we don't just offer a job; we offer an opportunity to be part of something bigger.
