Job Description

We plan to become
IS0 9001
2026 certified as soon as it is released and you will be leading the process. ```Duties```
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Oversee quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and documentation of products and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Manage the supplier qualification process and ensure that all purchased materials meet quality requirements
  • Lead investigations into product quality issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the quality awareness and skills of employees
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to quality management
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure conformance to all specifications.
  • Create first article inspection reports.
  • Create non-conformance and corrective action reports when necessary.
  • Create certificate of compliance, manage material test reports, outside process certifications, etc.
  • Calibrate measuring tools periodically.
  • Ensure all customer specifications and requirements are met. ```Requirements```
  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
  • Familiarity relevant industry standards
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to fabricate data and analyze complex problems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings and BOM lists.
  • Familiar with
ISO 9001
2015 quality management system.
