QC Supervisor Classification:

  • : Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm DÔEN is looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our growing team in Los Angeles.
This position is in-office and will report to the Director of Quality Control. The Quality Control Supervisor will be primarily responsible for leading the inspection team to ensure that products and processes meet internal standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements They will work closely with The QC team and Wholesale team and will be responsible for directing a team, maintaining accurate records of all inspections, and creating reports for management. The responsibilities below show a glimpse into the role's key functions and the impactful contributions this position makes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily quality control operations, prioritizing workload and assigning tasks to QC team members to ensure efficient execution and on-time processing.
  • Conduct and manage incoming shipment inspections across all product lines, including garment spec verification against TOP samples, tech pack POMs, and approved comments to ensure adherence to brand quality standards.
  • Maintain and enforce operational processes, including bin allocation, overstock management, and proper documentation flow to support inventory accuracy and traceability.
  • Manage daily correspondence with cross-functional partners (Production, Technical Design, Logistics, etc.) via email, Slack, and other communication platforms to resolve quality issues and ensure alignment.
  • Support the Director of Quality Control with repair assessments, documentation, and vendor chargeback submissions related to quality non-compliance.
  • Update NetSuite with style approvals, inspection outcomes, and cross-functional communications to ensure accurate and timely system records.
  • Maintain current knowledge of product specifications, procedural updates, and seasonal quality requirements to ensure consistent execution across all categories.
  • Drive accurate and timely reporting, ensuring inspection records, documentation, and filing systems are complete, organized, and compliant with established procedures.
  • Ensure all quality processes are executed within seasonal deadlines and support continuous improvement in operational efficiency and accountability.
Profile Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to communicate technical data to non-technical departments
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with team members of different backgrounds, skill sets, and cultural experiences. A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative; exercise discretion and good judgment. Understanding and experience with points of measure on garments and spec'ing to perform QC to ensure measurements are correct for women and children's apparel. 6+ years of experience in manufacturing. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. Great attention to detail and a result-driven approach with excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work as a collaborative team member and independently. Must be able to multitask. Must be able to perform basic math and excel skills.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation. Periods standing at a desk, measuring, and working on a computer.
