Job Description

Purpose and Scope (Summary): This position works with the Quality Control Manager for pre- and post-closing quality control, investor post purchase requests, mortgage insurance company and investor audit responses.
Functions:
General Review and clear pre- and post-closing quality control exceptions for Total Mortgage; Update and monitor tracking and trending reports from loan file reviews; Review and clear post-purchase audit requests from investors, mortgage insurance companies and agencies; Assist with target testing and monitoring based on quality control findings; Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
