Quality Assurance Coordinator Martin Brower - 3.3 Orlando, FL Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Position responsibilities: Quality Standards Conduct monthly Self-Assessments of DC Quality Systems, Food Defense and Food Safety protocols. All assessment findings will be documented. Organize and attend bi-annual Quality Meetings. Meetings will include Self-Assessment Findings, Corrective Action Planning & Status, Awareness Review Training agenda and communication of new initiatives. Coordinator for controlling quality related documentation and communications. Responsible for coordinating DC document submission schedule and training. Support the Distribution Center's Crisis Management and Product Recovery. This would include supporting exercises and documentation revisions. Perform DQMP Self-Assessments and coordinate related on-site assessments and audits. Review all data from routes equipped with continuous monitoring equipment to ensure temperature compliance. Record and report all product quality issues including temperature deviations, product damage, and product not meeting visual expectations using the appropriate tracking records (QIP Plus). Monitor sanitation and building maintenance activities related to quality systems, including updating and maintaining all required documents. Communicating any issues with DC Management Team. Follow up to inspections on all in-bound shipments to ensure the highest standard of product quality. General Compliance Administration of internal self-audits and inspections, analyze data, and maintain current records in regard to potential outside audits. Provide training on regulatory requirements and processes as needed. Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Food/beverage industry experience
